I like colour play bewtween the subject and perch. Good pose too. I feel the image would be strong if cropped above to have the perch grow out of the frame rather than seeing its' tip...maybe it's just me...

Hi Satish, good proud pose from the weaver, and you have brought out the detail and colours nicely. Although everything screams for a vertical comp as you have presented, I can really see this as a horizontal too.:w3

Not an easy choice comp wise.....to include or cut the perch. I happen to like it as presented but can see the alternate versions working very well too. Very nicely done overall!
