As I post numerous Kingfishers, its always difficult to present something different. In this, Ive gone for less perch. One thing for sure, the BG's are always different. Taken end of April in the Pilanesberg National Park.

Awesome. One of the nicest/warmest backgrounds for a kingfisher image I've seen.
I also like the size of the perch as it relates to the size of the subject.
Details and exposure are rockin.

Stuart, how many Gbs of PKF shots do you have? this has superb light, details and a BG to die for....so smooth. awesome DOF coverage.
