Unfortunately my new super computer blew up, so no more from my recent trip at the moment (they are backed up elsewhere)

So here is an image of my equal favourite animal.

Taken in where else but the Kwando concession in Northern Botswana 27th December 2011

EOS 1D MkIV

500mm F4 hand-held

Sorry to hear about the computer Ken, hope you get it sorted out. This one looks nicely processed so maybe you don't need that new one anyway. Nice rear side profile view with a pleasing BG. Not sure if the one lying down adds anything hear, might try cropping him out.

Thanks Steve, faulty ram apparently, I only got it to do video editing, which is a pain at the best of times.

Awesome light and so nice to get a clean colorful BG, the colors look spot on...Again I feel the back of the ones head adds nothing so I tried a crop...This one is called Wild Dog:t3:S3:

Dumay,

Thanks for the repost, very nice indeed but I am stll unsure. Personally I like the extra space on RHS. Perhaps the answer would be a little subtle removal.

Ken - nice colors and bokeh. Curl of the tongue adds to the image. I agree with Dumay on getting rid of the one on rhs and his crop works for me. I think if you just cloned out the dog then the remaining one would be a little too centered. I suppose you could add canvas to Dumay's crop if that is something you are comfortable with.

Rachel
