An image from my first shoot with the 5D3. The male harrier is a very evasive specie and difficult to get in mixed light and varied BG. I was surprised the 5D3 locked under these conditions. This is a shot where the 5D2 would most likely miss. I went for a 3X2 horizontal crop but for online pretension I went for a vertical tight crop otherwise the harrier would be too small to show any details Please see original on my site (http://ari1982.smugmug.com/Avian/Raptors/Northern-Harrier/14822282_GkGPdC#!i=1793589238&k=RRQScz5&lb=1&s=O)

This is about the coolest photo you have ever posted.
It is a Grey Ghost and the photo has a mysterious look to it!
The inclusion of the FG cattails is perfect for these guys and the BG really give the image
a stealth look. Great by even your standards.

Big congrats on this on, Arash. It's moody, very interestingly lit, technically superb and extrememly difficult. Wonderful color palette, great foreground. Nothing more to add, except this one will linger in my head for a long time.

This is the best image I have ever seen of a harrier. It is superlative. I prefer the landscape version on your site as he needs room to fly into. TFS.

I like all of this, the bg, fg, the awesome light, the position of the bird, all top notch.

Nice rescue and the darkness still there adds to the ghostly mischevious mood. I like that he is just skimming over the cat tails.

Background is gorgeous, and so is the bird. Great IQ on him for 5.6, I like the one presented here over your site as it increases the mood of the photo.
