Hi Sanjeev - The comp and reflection work well. Curious as to why +2/3 EC, some of the whites look clipped though perhaps you can recover a bit more detail in RAW. Also where was your AF point as to me it looks like the tip of the nose is sharper than rest of head? What lens are you using? Is this cropped at all?

Hi Sanjeev, I think this falls into having the same issues as Nancy with her image. You have all the content in the image, it just needs to be extracted, however like hers, working on a web image does not give you the greatest working colour space, but perhaps a direction to think or explore? As Sid mention you have the eye contact, so that a good starting point.

All I have done is adjusted the exposure, whites, shadows, applied a little punch in Curves and added a fraction more USM. I also added some NR just to reduce any noise in the FG/BKG. Some parts/areas might have been pushed, but hopefully this again illustrates what you have in some degree and that you are now able to go back & explore your original image. This serves only as a suggestion and in no way a true representation of who it should look like. Hope you find it of use.

BTW Max height for vertical images are to be posted is 800px.

I love the blue eyes...wish you could've achieved a lower angle.
Steve's repost has done a fine job with correcting the issues with the OP - lost of 'oomph' now! :S3:

Thanks Rachel, Sid, Steve & Morkel. Much appreciated. Steve, you have really transformed the image and it looks so much better. There is no was to get a lower angle at the enclosure, unless one jumps in! :t3 And end up becoming tiger feed :-) the zoo guys should keep us photographers in mind when they design them. The tiger island is at eye lever but the water that surrounds it is way too low.
