Got this fella yesterday during my photo shoot at a Lotus Pond, he was sun bathing on a rocky island! You can see the lotus leaves in the OOF BG. Hope you like it.
Cheers

Hi Sanjeev, would look at going for a pano crop so you lose the leaves, it then gives more importance to the subject.

Thanks Steve! Thought I'd add a bit of the environs to the scene, hence the inclusion of the lotus leaves.....
I shall try the pano crop.

Always a good thing where you can, but I feel due to the colour (light cyan) they are more of a distraction and takes away, IMHO from the turtle. Were you able to get closure as he/she looks a colourful specimen?

Not saying the pano crop is right, just an option.

cheers

Thanks Steve and Harshad, Its a colorful one indeed, saw this species for the first time! I could not get any closer than this unfortunately.

Hi Sanjeev - good suggestion above. Any way to get a little lower perspective while shooting?

A nice idea to include the lotus leaves but the lack of detail doesn't quite tell us what they are without your explanation. Cropping them out still gives a nice pano image of the turtle though.
