GOTCHA! - White Morph Reddish Egret grabbing a fish.

Captured this image yesterday out at Ding. First time the White morph out there has come up close enough for me to work on him. He gave me a great show yesterday, and lots of close-up work with the 600mm at ground level. I originally had this as a horizontal crop, but decided a vertical worked better and drew more attention to the action. let me know if you want to see the hrozontal version, but I think this one is better.

Canon 1DsMII, 600mm f/4L, f/5, ISO 200, 1/1000, plus one and a third EV (verified correct by histogram), off tripod at ground level.

Yes, the crop looks good. I like the water trail and drops. Quite an intimate predator/prey view.
