Very nice Dumay, good detail, lovely BKG, colours look spot on, cool image.

Perhaps not having the vegetation coming in from the RHS may have given it a more cleaner look, not sure if you were able to move left or right?

A very interesting pose, looks more like soft call rather than almighty roar, but then she is a lady.

Nice detail in the face and great mouth position, closeness of vegetation does not bother me in anyway:w3

Thanks guys. Steve, moving either way would have either put the grass in front of the face or the plant over the face. Tough to get lions out in the open in the SA bushveld! Appreciate the comments!

It's so good to see you posting again Dumay. I love the POV here, the roaring pose and the details brought out by the soft light.
To get her as clear as this is reward enough, knowing the region...:cheers:...and I actually like the way the foliage and grass form a frame for her.
IQ is top notch here, you are dispelling all myths about the quality of the 100-400 in the right hands.
