I found this Jumper on my moth sheet this morning so I brought it in to the light box for a quick shoot.


Cropped, curves, SH, contrast, smart and high-pass sharpening.

Wow - nice high key shot of this hairy guy with good detail. I like the shadow too.... well done.

Yes, it's a fairly substantial crop.

Hi Ken. One of my favorite macro subjects! She gave you a great pose, the lighting is perfect, and I like the iridescence on the fangs. I would agree with Jerry - the sharpening seems a little "off" - I can't quite put my finger on it. Also, the central eyes have sort of a gritty texture to them whereas normally they look like polished mirrors. (I've noticed a similar effect in some of my own jumper photos so I'm not sure what to suggest. :e3) :S3:
