Nice job John, this really looks good to me. Excellent exposure, detail, and color rendition. Love the pose and the excellent background. I would suggest a crop from the right and bottom, as the bird feels a bit centered.

Agree with Kerry's comments above - lovely shot with lots of elements spot on. For me it's only the OOF branches in front that are slightly distracting and stop this from being perfect

Very nice, sharp, well exposed, nice perch and pose. Only problem is it isn't mine!

This is one of my "nemesis birds"...I see them frequently and have some nesting in a box in my back yard but have yet to coax them into my set up for a good shot.
