Photographed at Pune in the last week. Raw picture processed with Digital photo professional, Canon, cropped almost fifty percent and sharpened. Thanks for viewing, appreciation. C & C are most welcome. Kind Regards.
Canon EOS 550D, 100-400mm IS USM.
Av mode,F:5.6.,1/500,ISO:400,Spot metering, White balance: Auto. Hand held.
Exposure bias: 0.0 stop.

The background compliments the Flycatcher perfectly. Simply wonderful.

The head angle is a little off though. What I do when photographing birds
of this size is, I'll fire off 3 shots in succession. They move so fast, you
might get a better head turn without even knowing it.

Also, I've found, if I'm close enough, the bird will hear the first click,
turn its head out of curiosity and capture the better head turn with
the 2nd or 3rd frame in the series.

Good points from Doug. Colors are nice, perch well scaled

Your IQ has suffered a bit from the crop, as the entire bird/perch is a little soft to my eye. There is some noise creeping in to the background, and I would consider toning down the specular highlight along the lower frame edge.

Agree with the aforementioned points, maybe if you reduce the crop a tad, and apply NR to the background and just a tad more sharpening on the bird
