Oriole Buzzes Eagle

This adult eagle sat two trees away from the Baltimore oriole's nest.
The oriole buzzed in territorial fashion, and the eagle reacted!

What action, really excellent timing. The 2 poses are really great.

Would really like to see the image larger, up to 800 pixels. Also sharpening would really help bring out some good detail that i think is there, but the small file size makes it hard to tell.

Also crop is too tight for me, would like to see more room around the birds.

I agree the crop is way too tight, but I was shrinking size and dpi to meet the upload standards. I'm positive my technique wasn't the best, and that hurt the image quality.
Thanks for the compliment on the timing.
I saw the oriole sweep by earlier, and just waited for it to strike again.
As for more detail, I'll go back to the original images, and see what's there..

Amazing action capture. Agree with Robert's comments regarding image size and the tight crop. Would love to see this bigger!
