Here is another image of the remnants of pier located in St Marks taken as the last light fades form the sky.

I think the composition worked well in keeping the pilings separated as much as possible. You need a CW rotation.

I know this is just me perhaps, but I feel I would have liked to see the water brighter. As your exposure looks optimum for the sky, a graduated neutral density filter would have been needed to lower the sky luminance allowing you to increase the FG exposure. That would brighten the water and brought more detail into the pilings.

Again, a different look but not necessarily better then your post which I like very much.

Hi Don, agree with Robert's suggestions. I see a few dust spots in the sky . Lovely water and colors in the sky.

The repost looks great, brighter and makes it pop, Nice comp and nice use of SS.
