Great light and awesome detail, you were able to get pretty close, was this a setup?

I would consider cropping some off the right and maybe adding a sliver on top.

Nicely done.

Hi Frank,
Great BG and look back pose. I wish you had more DOF to get more of the tail in focus. A higher ISO would have allowed a smaller aperture. I would also take a lot off the RHS and if possible add canvas to the left so that the bird has more space to look into. The IQ is excellent in this shot,

Fine feather detail and I love how his feet are holding the perch. DOF is fine for me, but I do think that tweaking the composition as suggested would strengthen the flow.

Hi Frank, cool pose, and I like the detail and earthy colours of the sparrow. Sharp where it counts, and agree with Gail to move the sparrow to the RHS. If you had a better perch, you could have created a nice vertical. :w3

Lovely image Frank, like the pose and sharpness. Agree with above comments on comp, would go with a vertical.

Hi Frank,

good detail and exposure and lovely colours. DOF is fine for me.
I wish me more space between the bird and the left side.

You nailed the bird and the BG is very nice.
Agree that the perch is not ideal, but nice enough.
