This wonderful little Warbler has been making a pig out of himself for the last several weeks gobbling down suet and bird seed at the feeders in our backyard. I "camped" our by the corner of the garage more or less in full view but the bird was so fixated on pigging out that I was able to get off a few shots.

Nice pose and very sharp. I'd probably crop a bit off the bottom. The BG isn't too distracting, but I might have opened up a bit to minimize the visual impact.

Nice pose and detail and I like the hint of habitat in the BG.
Agree with Doug about taking a bit off the bottom.

I appreciate the advice on cropping some off the bottom. I agree and have done so.

What a beautiful shot of this little warbler! What luck to have him at your feeder. Perch and bg look good to me. Repost is an improvement. Bird looks sharp enough that it would look even nicer at 1024px wide. (Note, though, that when I sharpen to get the feather detail to look just right, I'll find that the contrast on the white edges of primaries tends to make them look just a bit jaggity, as they begin to do here. I'll sometimes use the eraser on low opacity to take down the sharpness just in that area on the sharpen layer.)

Excllent pose, Mike!
I like the background
these really are pigs -- we have 6 of them at our suet feeders this year. They can clean up a block in no time.
great capture.

Beautiful picture, Michael. Is it an overwintering one or they started coming up already?

Cute bird, lovely sharpness, bg and perch. Thanks, Bill, for the tip on taming the primaries that tend to get oversharpened.
I wish I had such birds visiting my backyard.

Excellent detail on the bird and I like the way the perch appears in the image... The bird does look a little tubby, nice story :-)
