Ps Save for web and devices

Hi- Following recommendations on this website, I use Photoshop's Save for web and devices to save images for posting. One problem I have is that when the image comes into the command I notice it is washed out compared to the version I was working on. To compensate I have been bumping saturation before I save.

Do others see this happening and if so how is the problem fixed? BTW I use sRGB colour space so I don't think it's a problem converting to AdobeRGB.
