Snowy Owl 2

I took this one the first day i arrived to Canada.
I was amazed about the amount of snowys in Boundary Bay and how tame they where.
Light had been sweet all day but as soon as i arrived to BB it got covered in fog.. well i guess this was helpfull this time because i was able to find a better shooting angle!

That yawn is a killer pose! I think it works despite the eyes closed. The background is nice as it shows a good habitat. Placement seems good as well as depth of field. Thanks for sharing.

Neat pose and I absolutely love the setting. I too would clean the poop on the perch, as well as the white spot behind the owl.

P.S. I like the fully dislodged feather on the body!
