Was wondering if I should go with more of a pano crop on this one.

just that i see a bit CW rotation or it is the bird leaning forward that makes me feel so.

Hi Sid, well timed for the stretch, and I really like the detail, colours and sharpness. Getting low down has worked out well, and I would leave the comp as is. I do agree a touch of CW rotation is needed. :w3

Great shot Sid I really like the detail and colours - first class job. Composition looks fine, now it depends upon your viewpoint, I wonder if you simply flip the image (as a westerner as it were) I read left to right I suspect it will look even better - WDYT?

Sidharth, i like the crop as is but I can see it with a tad taken off the top. great pose and good job getting low and parallel. IQ looks great.

Great work mate. Somehow the new idea of flipping image specific to this bird shot you have got does not work for me.
I have suggested same formula on Jan Wegenar's image "http://www.birdphotographers.net/forums/showthread.php/94483" .

But some how for this image if you see the flipped image you will straight looking at the wing instead the face. Once you put it side by side and compare both version the instant eye lock to frame will be on OP on the birds face and wing on the RP.

You are right, one could go either way on this image. The trick certainly has a lot of potential on many of my other images though and I'm wondering why I never thought about it :)
