The third crab I saw this Whimbrel catch.
BG a little cleaner than the others I posted.
Foot blur caused by using F3.5 to separate the bird.
At least the crab is sharp.

I think this is the best in this series. Like the BG and behaviour. Bird is a tiny bit big in the frame for me.

Great capture, Dan !! Foot blur adds to the action portrayed. Agree with the need for more space.

I did not see the others so I can only comment on this one. I love the crab and the action that you have capture. And the good look at the feet and the blue legs. Sharpest focus is on the birds body and folded wing. The head is turned away which has caused it to be unsharp. The image is overall too light. With a shutter speed of 1/1000 sec. the blurred foot is caused by movement (not by the aperture).
