Obviously a captive photo, from the San Diego Wildlife Safari park (No. America).
I still thought it was worth posting, I was thrilled to get photos of the 6 month old Gorilla with Mom,
in the open, despite the harsh midday light (the only time they are out to view).

Dan - sweet image. Too bad about the light and the heavy shadow across the mom's face but still nice detail.

That baby is pretty special, must have been nice to see. Agree with Rachel on the light, but you don't get much opportunity in most zoos to have anything other than harsh light. Frustrating.

The expression on the baby gorrilla is priceless and defnitely brought a smile to my face. I like the detail and the composition, but as Rachel mentioned, the light could be better.
