I can't seem to get the photo uploaded. Now it is here. It looks noisy to me. I did do some NR, and a bit of saturation and adjusting in PP.

Nancy, that is awesome! I love the sheet of water being splashed over the edge. Can you bring out the eye a little more?

Thank you Pat. I tried to lighten the eye and give it a bit more contrast, but I don't know if that improved it any.

Hi Nancy, repost looks better with the lighter eye! I really enjoy these images of birds with water. Good job to catch the action. Bg is a bit noisy still, would recommend a bit more NR. I would have raised the ISO to 800 or so to get a faster shutter speed. Good job of getting the sun behind you.

Thanks Kerry. I have trouble with the noise. When I go to a higher iso the noise seems stronger. I have done some PP on other shots where I select the bird and blur the background getting rid of the noise, but it is hard to get all the little feathers then. Any pp suggestions?
