My first outing in 2012, decided to visit the Bald Eagle nest. Came back with my favorite shot of the day. For me, I never get tired of seeing this majestic bird. Hope you like it!

A very well taken image..... really like the light on the eagle, the position of the wings and the out stretched talons.......

Hello Troy.

Superb image. The light was coming over your right shoulder about 20 degrees from directly behind you. That gives the wonderful shading on both the stump and the bird. Well done.
