Good to see you back here.
This is a beautiful image considering the location you shot at with such a lovely light angle.
Most difficult shot at that place.

I would tempted to do a little CW rotation as the frame i see being leaning back.

Hi Vatsal, well timed for the raised wingflap, and I like the light cast on the grebe. Comp wise, I would crop a bit tighter, taking at least half off the bottom, and some off the right. I would also run another round of sharpening on the grebe. I agree with regards to some CW rotation.

Very good pose captured, light looks a bit harsh but you did well with exposure and the bird looks sharp. I agree about a tighter crop.

Ditto cropping and rotation, and I also wish the wing was extended higher and the body angled more our way. Great looking bird, and it looks like you had some beautiful light to work with.

Thanks a lot everyone for your kind words and valuable guidance... The image was taken around 12 so light was a bit harsh. I've tried to make changes as per your suggestions...
I personally loved the output... WOuld love to know your views... Also this will make it about 70% Crop...
