Well done before and after capture. Did you have to de-SAt the red iris? Great job with the colors and the EXP (esp. considering the fairly harsh light).

It's very easy to blow the bright top of the bill with this species, but you have done a great job with this guy. There is an easy to fix sharpening halo along the bottom edge of the bill.

Great portrait, details and exposure control despite the harsh light. It might be a tad oversharpened.

Great job here Stephen, I find the bill and white part of the neck to be the most challenging part of this duck,great job exposure wise on those two Verno.

Very good job.
In my opinion, the white in the bill is a bit too gray.
