Always nice to see someone pick a flying raptor for their first image post! You've got good light on the eye and the tail feathers, highlighting the red feathers quite well. The wing position is good. I'm not seeing a lot of fine feather detail, and there appears to be some noise in places. Also, I'd desaturate the sky a couple of clicks. Look forward to seeing more of your images!

First post, eh! Welcome to BPN!!

Nice pose on this beautiful hawk, always nice to have full up or down wing position. The fine detail isn't there (large crop?) and I agree desaturating the sky would be beneficial.
