Ram, Im amazed that you achieved such good DOF on the Hoopoe with F/4. I like your low perspective, and this is really sharp. Maybe a little tight in the LLC.

Gorgeous image nicely presented on all aspects like sharpness, color and really enjoy the grass and the BG...Our African Hoopoes, which look almost identical are a bit more brown/orange.....Would just like to see it a bit bigger.

Lovely setup Ram. You really made the best of f4! Great sharpness and DoF. Love the BG. Only suggestion from me is to maybe remove the flower that intersects the bird's right foot - a small point.

Nice details, beautiful BG and good pose. I do wish the FG vegetation did not touch the foot though. Great job overall.

Lovely bird and interesting composition on the sloping grass. I also like the idea of removing the one flower. Lovely shooting angle.

Very nice indeed, just a little tight in the frame for my taste. I really like the composition otherwise.

crystal clear shot ram. like the type of perch we tend to see it very less in our part. hope you get him along the crest expanded too buddy.

Perfect head angle and a nice distant BKGR. The light does not look bad at all. Was the bird on a log???

Thanks Ram. How did you come up with the distant BKGR???? On second look I noticed the distracting stem in front of the bird's front leg....

Sharp and on a nice setting, Ram. Love the shooting angle, too. A little tight on the lower left corner.

I got the distant BG as the landscaping was done in the garden where the lawn was laid .

Thanks Ram. Much better than a flat lawn!
