Just thought I would pass along this recent archeological find from the Pyrenees Mountains of France.
This cave painting is thought to be approximately 4,000 years old and may have been one of the very first OOTB images ever created that used the pebble bender - oil style. Who knew??? :Whoa!:

No snow here yet, but I think cabin fever has already started. :t3

All C&C welcome.

And who'd have thought they'd been cultivating Oriental lilies that long ago. Flips really fascinate me. I really like how you positioned the red and green ones so they have tangent lines on the ends of the image.

Nice cave wall, too. I've been wanting to make some cave painting images with animals, so I'm going to have to search out some good walls.

Wow! Beautiful colors and design, Steve! I love the "cave wall' texture too; it looks very believable. Well done!

LOL pebble bender!

Great flip and the background texture is fantastic. I think you have a long and productive winter ahead of you! :bg3:

Steve, I might like the muted colors in the new one even more. Nicely done.:S3:

I, too, prefer this version. Can't wait to see what happens when winter sets in up there.
