Very unusual and eye catching environment. A couple of issues: The deer blend into the grey of the trees and I wish the 2 animals did not merge with one another.

Interesting environment shot - I like the way the image is framed with the trees, water and lower leaves of the canopy.

Ken, I think these are European Roe Deer which are quite grey coloured in their winter coats. So they blend in quite well.

I love the colours here as well as the natural frame made by the forest. I do wish for more separation between the animals, if possible even having the frontmost one more to the right...:S3:
