It was foggy that morning at Estero, so I had to adjust the contrast significantly (levels and curves). Nearly full frame. Added a touch of saturation to the beak, but little else for pp. All suggestions welcomed!

Good head position, striding pose, shooting angle.
The head and eye area appears just a bit soft to me, perhaps from being wet.
I don't know this bird well, but it looks a bit too contrasty, perhaps over did that adjustment a bit.
Please be sure to comment on other folks images. Everyone appreciates it and it really helps foster a sense of community.

great pose and nice low angle, the details appear a bit coarse and lacking to me as well, maybe apply better sharpening
