Nice looking bird in a good pose. I can see where its name comes from :S3:.

The dark feather have good detail, but the whites look a little hot. Shame there wasn't more separation to a bit of a cleaner background.

Ken, good timing on the tail...as they always fan it and un-fan(for the lack of better word :-) it quickly. good details but they look a tad oversharpened. wishing for a better BG of course...as am sure you were as well.

Real nice shot. Great looking bird. Love the fanned tail, along with a great pose. A better background would have been nice, but not always possible. Still a great shot.

What a cool bird. I actually like the environment , especially the rocks but would maybe tone down the bg just a bit to take a way from it and maybe add a little canvas on the bottom.
