Very nicely done, the colors of those eyes, mouth details...sharpness...lovely. CCW rotation slightly?

Hi Carlo. Very nice sharpness within your DOF - those eyes really stand out! I also like your low shooting angle and the head-on pose. I'm used to seeing these spiders on flowers so I find the small stones in the foreground a bit distracting - you might consider blurring the stones a little to focus all of our attention back on the spider. :S3: Overall, this is nicely done!

Hi Carlo, the low angle is really nice and those eyes, which are the most important part of this image, look great! I'm with Steve on this spider looking out of place on the stones but I don't think that most people would realize that this isn't a normal place to find them. Well done overall! :S3:

I also love your choice of DOF although I would also echo blurring the stones since they are partially blurred anyway. Getting them in focus too would have taken this over the top for me but I still love it as is.
