Why does this happen?

This started happening a couple of days ago. Whenever I do anything this pops up.

I use https:// instead of http:// when I connect to FB or any site that allows for a secure connection.


Maybe FB forgot to renew their certificate or during the upgrade it was moved? IDK I've seen the error with other sites but not often
