This image was made this morning. There are signs like this one posted about every 50 yards along the path, and this juvy (?) hawk flew in and perched on three of them in a row for 5-10 minutes each, then flew away. I moved to each location and made a few images; it seemed unfazed by my close presence.

Wendell, I'd like to see it bigger. You can go up to 800 pixels height. Looks like it could do with a CCW rotation as well. Must have been fun to observe up-close for so long.

Thanks for posting it bigger:S3: The hawk looks good, the perch not as much but I love that it says "Sensitive Wildlife" on it...gives it alot more impact with that message. The biggest thing to watch out for in this case is the far shoreline slicing the hawk's neck...would you have been able to manoeuvre up or down to avoid it?
