I would like to thank all the BPN mentors and members. Particularly this frame it had been in my unselected frames for few months.

After seeing some eye opening images and tuts, i started thinking to make this one and process. I shot this with last light of day and with 1/400 s with them feeding busily and checking for fraction of second it was real tuff .. Unfortunately amongst 25 frames i clicked including some wing flip this was the only frame i thought could be useable.

Please share your views and suggestions feel free.

I like the lighting, HA, pose, DOF and the little grass blades add to the image. Well done Mital!

Perfect DOF, look back pose and the bits of grass add a nice touch.
Nice, clean image with terrific IQ.
I could see a looser comp, but this works well to show the exquisite details.
Lovely image, Mital.

This is my favorite image of yours so far Mital. The composition with the little blades of grass is superb. The calm water and look back pose really add to this picture. Absolutely lovely and one for the wall!

I'm sure you often heard about the HA in your images recently Mital, including by yours truly...you've listened and this is PERFECT. I love the tiny grasses you left in the water. I only find the subject a bit large in the frame...but like Gail I'm finding this one to be my favorite of yours to date. Way to go!:S3:

The feather detail and light is good mital, and the grass is a big plus for this.
Really nice. I also think a bit looser crop would work well.

Beautiful bird. Overall a bit light. Killer look back head angle. A bit more room would have been nice.

Do you know if this bird had one bad leg??????

Thank a lot friends for your valuable support, feedback and suggestion .. without your comments and critiques this would not have been possible too dug up best to show up here which is good .

I've almost 500gb hd filled up but i still feel i have hardly 30/40 frames that can sit over here so will work more harder to bring something up for you from my part of world.

Guru ji,

Thanks for the suggestion here is the another version for you.

Btw bird was perfectly fine just that from feeding time it decided to give back a look and gave that stance for a moment.
