Harshad,
Great position on this, and great light, did you get any of the subsequent snarling and biting?

Some women told me that we (men) look exactly the same in these moments. :bg3:
Beautiful moment and great light.

Hi Harshad,
I like the wonderful light, detail and composition.
I would have liked more canvas to the right, but you did well as the tails would have then been chopped off.
Well done and thanks for sharing.

Canvas on right looks fine to me, in fact might chop right a bit.

Great light and interaction. Like the way the males jaws are on the females head.

Love the actoin and light here. The female's attitude about it all made me chuckle.

Dear Harshad,
Congratulations on this beautiful behavioral shot, in lovely light. Two things bothered me, which I addressed in an edited image I am posting with this message. First, I found the grasses near the heads, and other blades coming into the lioness's lower jaw, very distracting. They were easily dispatched in CS5 using content-aware fill and cloning. Secondly, I thought there was too much uninteresting dirt in the foreground. Given that the subjects were long horizontally in the frame, I thought a letterbox crop would enhance that length and remove the distracting dirt. I hope you like it! Great job on your part! Sitting in Miami I love these Indian wildlife shots!!!
Best,
Ron
