A common Cobra portrait, Due to bad light its not possible to take nice shot with digital camera.. .I used Torch light on snake for little bit light.. You can see in image. I try it.. but I cannot go this snake without taking any shots.

Yes I used torch light on the snake for lighting.. and flash light also.. simple flash which given in digital camera..
without torch light the image come very dull in bad light. I am sharing original image without editing.

Thanks. I am trying to understand why you had the torch well off to your left as this caused the shadows in the Pane 1 image. I think....

Morris, If you trying to say that why I apply torch light on snake head and caused shadow in hood... I did not intentionally apply the torch light in head of snake.. I know, due to it reduced the details, but this snake do not seat quietly and steady.. the image which I want to take actually, I don't get it.. I got different from it and torch light automatically apply to other parts of body, take a example of this image. And of course I am little scared also, its a venomous snake.
Hope you understand.

What caused the harsh shadows in the image in Pane 1?

Hi.. Morris, I think your Doubt is not clear.. I explain you.. When We Found this snake It was late evening.. so We cant get enough light for photographs and I already mentioned that I have Digital camera and its flash is not Actually good. So I Choose torch light more lighting.. The reason behind the Harsh shadow is More light.. Torch light + flash light so, it makes the harsh shadow.. if I off my Camera flash than image comes Blur. And I say earlier I do not want the Light on face of snake.. In 1st Image I reduce the shadow and Highlight so that you see more shadow of light compare to unedited Image 2.
I Hope I explain Properly.. Any more doubt Pl.let me know.:S3:

Hi Joshi. Interesting lighting and good sharpness. I think this image would look great with a vertical (rather than horizontal) crop. :S3:
