Dudley - nice view of the youngster with good detail. Hopefully, the youngster will have the chance to grow up and thrive. The bg isn't ideal but we don't always have a choice in the wild.

What a lovely sighting, a good strong young calf. Nice view of the toe nails, never seem to see them on the black rhinos, stuck away in the scrub like they do.

I wonder if his head could take a fraction more sharpening. Thanks for joining in and sharing a rhino photo with us, much appreciated. :S3:

Ditto all of the above. It is always nice to see baby rhino's in the wild, whether black or white, so well done Dudley. I would have tried to get the mother in as well, but I understand the objective of isolating the youngster. May all those politicians that have the power, use it to protect these beautiful animals.

A image other than a Leopard or lion from the sands, wasn't sure they had other animals there (Just kidding) just jealous that I have never been there...:bg3: Lovely image in support of the cause...Thanks Dudley

Hi Dudley, great view of the youngster, and an interesting shape to his head - only because the horn hasnt developed yet. :w3

Thank you all for viewing and commenting. I could not resist the detail on the young rhino. I will post one with both mother and off spring.
