Yogesh:

Easy to see where he got his name!

The light was well off to your right, which worked ok on the face but threw part of the body in shadow. In a perfect world I wish the head was turned more to our left, to clear the bill from merging with the neck, but of course that would make the face lighting worse (less even)
Can't seem to get it all in one picture!

The BG is soft enough, but something about that particular color combination doesn't quite work for me, not sure exactly why.

I like the framing.

Cheers

An interesting bird (to me anyway), very nicely profiled. Good detail, pose and nice raised crest. As noted, the under belly is a bit dark com, pared to the brighter highlights but not a major nit for me.

Very nice bird and bird angle, Yogesh.
Like the nice look at that crest and the two toned bg is interesting.
A bit of fill flash could have been employed to brighten up the bird a bit and tame the shadow - although I actually don't mind the shadow that much.
I'd go vertical with the crop instead of a square crop.
Great job getting a frame filling shot with a 250mm.
Looking forward to more ...
