Grahame: Lovely tulip! I like the touch of red. Nice diagonal position and detail in the petals. I've looked at this and your original post and like the changes you have made. Some people like that bokeh that was in the original post--those white circles. I could go either way. A matter of personal preference. I think a round of noise reduction would be good. I would clone out a few small dark specks on the white petals. I might also brighten the flower a bit. Lovely image.
