Surreal !! The rain adds a lot .:eek3: :eek3:

Would be tempted to crop this to a pano and avoid the upper portion . Also , the vegetation near the lion seems slightly OS ....could be my monitor .

Harshad,

Going for an open look here to accentuate the rain a good idea. I would have preferred that you presented this with the tops of the trees in the BG not clipped however. I would agree that a crop to just below the treeline in the BG would be worth investigating.

I prefer the OP because it creates a sense of place. The RP could be located anywhere e.g. a Texas game farm. I think the rain makes this image. Maybe a bit of CCW rotation in the OP. The BG is so vague that the clipped trees are a non-issue for me. TFS this neat image Harshad.

I prefer the repost. I think it places more emphasis on the lion and the rain. There are several what I presume are spots from rain on the lens (they look like dust spots). I would get rid of those. I know your feelings about cloning but assume you have no problem removing dust or rain spots. In the repost they are near the middle top.

TFS,
Rachel

Harshad,

Real magical lighting very well captured here. I like the original post.

Love the rain in this one Bhai...
I am not sure which I prefer...would have loved more of the trees as the OP has more depth...do you have one where you zoomed out more?? :e3

Hi Bhai, lovely colours, with good eye contact from the big fellow. The rain certainly does add a nice touch. I prefer your OP.
