I would remove that one white spot at the top of the image.

I agree with the previous comments regarding focus and composition and the dread white spot. I really like that straight-ahead gaze by the mink. Critical focus on the eyes is perfect.

Yes I would have liked to have stopped down more on settings but I had about 3 to 5 seconds and shot first and then thought about my settings..I will remove the chunck of ice snow and resubmit it... Thanks for the feedback guys.
