I wish for a slight head turn, but this is lovely overall.

nice dynamic pose and great light, great sharpness. HA is great IMO just a bit tight in the frame

Stuart, great job with your settings on this one. :5 I get the reason you cropped like you did, and I like it but for some reason my eye is asking for more room :tinysmile_shy_t:

Tight crop and head angle are fine to me. Great wing details and nice eye contact. Is this full frame, if not how much of a crop?

Killer light and personally I like the crop.

HA is perfect for this image....if it were turned toward you the bird would miss whatever it was that it was going to land on :)

Very sharp! Like the wing position and the diagonal position of the bird.
