Mom's Angel

This is probably pushing this week's theme a bit far, but I thought I'd share it with you just the same.

A few months ago, I was playing around with a bunch of flower flips. My mom saw a few of them and asked if I would do one for her. She wanted it to be an angel. It had to be colorful and the angel had to have red hair :S3:

My mother is 84 years old and when she asked for an angel, I was determined to give her one. The print now hangs in her bedroom.

Base image was a canna flower in my garden. I used several layer of topaz filters, radial blur and a touch of pb and fract.
