One of my favorite photos from before I evened owned an SLR.
Taken with a coolpix p & s a couple of years ago in Central Oregon.
Sometimes I wonder why I bought all this expensive equipment!

Hey Dan,
Sweet light! You've got a lot going on with the fence on the left and the FG protrusions and Minimizing the FG sticks will go a long way in improving this. The DOF could have been a bit more....as the mountain is starting to go a bit soft but not bad for a P&S!

Hi Dan, I agree with Roman's comments pertaining to the foreground protrusions and the fence. Very often these type of objects need a base in order to show well. If this were mine I would also eliminate the 2 branches on the far rt. While you had beautiful light sometimes it's dappling can make an image look busier. Wonder if you have more of this scene where the aspens are lit taken from a different angle?

Hi Dan, beautiful light on this scene. Love the rock face. Agree with Roman's suggestions.

Considered the above comments on the branches, which I agree with, moving left here seems like it would have uncluttered the FG.
