Adrian, this one is a "jewel" (sorry, I couldn't resist)! :bg3: It's a great capture, with the heavy dew covering sending it over the top; my only suggestion would be to extend the image a bit to the right and to again add a bit to the bottom. Other than that...wow!

Lovely shot, fine detail and exposure - one day, yes one day I will get a common blue with morning dew.

Wonderful image , love the dew and the BF contrast nicely with the BG. I would also like to see this with just a little more room around the BF and in the original 2/3 format.

Hey Adrian,
Crop works for me but I can see the recommendations on more room would also work. Great control of hte flash to keep the highlights in check and another outstanding BG and perch. A winner all around in my book!

Hi Adrian. This is outstanding!! All the technical aspects are first rate and the curled proboscis plus all the dew drops put this well over the top! :cheers:

Very nice!! Not only is the dew on the butterfly very sweet, but the three drops in front of the legs add so much to the image. Well done.
