It's been a while since I posted an image on Avian, and I'm starting to go through withdrawal! :eek3: Here's a Least Tern flight shot from my West Coast Flight workshop with Jim Neiger. They are small and fast, making them much tougher subjects than the Elegant and Forster's Terns.

Fantastic job, Doug. This is pretty much a perfect tern shot on every count. Head turn, wings up, great exp and sharpness, super comp. Something for amateurs like me to shoot for!

Good job with this little speedster. Love him (or her) against the brown background.

Doug, good flight posture, and overall well exposed. I do like how you have brought out the eye, as their eyes fall in the black plumage on the head - difficult to get right if you havent exposed corectly. :w3

The tern certainly stands out against the BG too.
