Good DOF Craig, and I like the inquisitive pose. Good sharpness for the low ss, and I would maybe blend in the rest of the high key BG to the ULC.

I like the diagonal line the rock ledge creates. Are the rocks purple or is that a magenta cast? I like the DOF keeping the entire bird in focus. I find the bird very" contrasty" (is that even a word?:e3)
