This is indeed a beautiful bird. I have lots of images with backgrounds such as this. You might want to check out a tutorial by Kerry Perkins in OOTB forum. There he shows you have to replace such a bkgd. Might be worth a try.

That sure is a very colourful dove - love the green wing. The BG is a touch distracting, but removing the vertical OOF branch 'coming out of his head' will do a lot to improve the BG.

I see some jagged edges on the wings. might want to back off from sharpening in that area.
