Hey Christopher,
I can see why you can't leave them alone! The light is fantastic as is the angle. I like the falloff here as it adds to the overall image because of the angle. I like that it is tack on the face and slowly fades on teh wings. I might consider coming in from the sides......but all in all a fantastic image.

Of course you mean dung fly :w3. Great hairy details on the fly and I like the in-your-face angle.

Hi Christopher. This looks like a winner! Excellent sharpness within your DOF and I like the head-on view and low shooting angle. The dark green background works well. You might consider cropping a little off the top, but overall this is very well done!

Chris this is great and I was waiting to read a Stackwith all that dof and clean bg. So I ask how did you get such a clean bg? I am assuming you put up a back drop of some sort? I love the flora too.
