Cool gliding-in pose, and I like the inclusion of the vegetation. Exposure and details spot-on as usual. I see a tiny bit of colour noise under the wing...did you need to lighten it a bit?

Thanks Daniel, no I didn't have to lighten it up but keep in mind this was taken with the good old Canon 20D and even in 400 iso you could see some noise - especially in the under - exposed areas...:w3

I really like the light on the topside of the wing and the super bright eye. I too like the body position with the dangly feet.

A moment truly frozen in time. What a great capture, Ofer, from the pose to the light to the sharpness. Keep those oldies but goodies comin!

Love the pose and light Ofer! I don't even mind the bit of vegetation either....although if it was gone.....I wouldn't complain either! Great job as expected!

Well exposed, sharp, and just love that eye. The foliage balances the comp nicely.

Ofer 20D actually had cleaner files than today's 7D, you just need to use Canon's DPP to get the most out of its files. Most of third-party RAW convertors have dropped support for it so the output is not great. It was one of the best cameras for its time.
Here is 20D @ ISO 3200 (http://www.stanford.edu/%7Eahazeghi/Photos/EX/mystery.jpg)
